Glamour BASE DIPPING STEP #2

STEP #2 IS OUR BASE; its the step where the powder sticks to the nail, apply step 2, make sure you clean around the edges to avoid the powder to stick to ur skin after applying step 2…. dip in powder or pour powder on nail over a tray, tap finger so the excess can come off, apply step 2 again until coverage desired. (we recommend only 2 times)  when using this step please make sure you already done step 1.
